Greetings Addstarians!
Hold onto your seats (and your chickens), Hardcorers… the end is nigh! Our beloved Hardcore worlds (HC1+HC2) will be closing their doors on July 4th as we prepare for an epic reset and a big leap into the brand new Minecraft 1.21.7 update!
We know, we know.. it’s always tough to say goodbye. There’s something extra special about seeing all those amazing bases, near-miss creeper escapes, questionable bridges, and the occasional underground “totally safe” hidden base disappear into lava! We’ve had unforgettable times, massive builds, and maybe a little more PvP drama than we’d like to admit. So before it’s all wiped away, we’re hosting a Final Day Blowout! Come along for games, group photos, chaotic adventures, and maybe a few last-minute shenanigans. One last run to the world border, anyone?
But don’t worry, the fun isn’t gone for long! We’re reopening brand new Hardcore worlds on July 6th, running the latest and greatest 1.21.7 update. And yes, that means the glorious arrival of the Lava Chicken music disc—straight from the Minecraft movie and ready to get stuck in your head. We look forward to hearing the sounds of Lava Chicken echoing through every home and every town… (Because let’s be honest, we admins are just a little bit evil 😈)
When is everything happening?
- HC1 & HC2 shut down event: July 4th @ 7-9pm AEST (Final Day Event!)
- New Hardcore worlds open: July 6th @ 1pm AEST (Minecraft 1.21.7, with Lava Chicken fun!)
